On March 13, 2000, a stamp was issued bearing the image of President Estrada, with an open end date of his presidential term. On June 19th of the same year, the design was retouched, and the and date was added. Unfortunately Estrada was ousted in January 2001, so the date of 2004 is incorrect. |
